My Background
Since 2005, I’ve helped dozens of founders scale their businesses. Here’s some of what I’ve built and been part of:
2011: Started an online magazine that grew to over 1 million monthly readers. Scaled revenue through advertising and courses.
2014: Founded Good People Digital, an agency focused on helping authors, podcasters, and content creators scale revenue. Worked with Pat Flynn (Smart Passive Income), Gretchen Rubin, Rachel Macy Stafford, and others.
2017: Joined ConvertKit as Director of Growth. Took the company from $100K to $700K in monthly recurring revenue in under 15 months.
2019: Bought majority stake in Copyblogger.com, one of the world’s leading content marketing sites. Also became a minority partner in Fusebox, Pat Flynn and Matthew Gartland’s podcasting software.
2021: Founded Boomtown Growth, a growth consultancy. Acquired by Mighty Networks in 2023.
2023–Present: VP of Growth at Mighty Networks, a community platform for creators and entrepreneurs.
